Air-cooled screw chiller
1. Ruidong air-cooled chillers can be used in different harsh environments and can provide efficient and energy-saving operation capabilities. It can be used in a variety of applications, such as air conditioning applications, industrial process cooling, and large area heat source systems.
2. The air-cooled screw unit adopts a special screw rotor design. The motor directly drives the compressor to operate, with outstanding compression efficiency and quiet operation.
3. Shell and tube evaporator, the outer surface is made of flame retardant and waterproof heat insulation material. The refrigerant inlet is specially equipped with a flow equalizing device to distribute the refrigerant evenly in each heat exchange copper tube and improve the heat exchange efficiency of the unit. High-efficiency DAC corrugated internally threaded heat exchange copper tubes are selected internally, which greatly enhances the heat exchange capacity on the refrigerant side, improves the heat transfer coefficient, and ensures good cooling and heating effects of the unit.
4. The fin-type condenser adopts an inverted M layout to make full use of the area of the air-cooled condenser;
5. The electronic expansion valve control system can achieve a control accuracy of 2600 steps, and can accurately control the refrigerant flow to maintain the best operating condition of the unit.
6. Equipped with 485 interface, which can be connected to other devices for centralized control;
