1. High-Efficiency Twin-Screw Compressor
• Semi-hermetic, dual-rotor design with only ¼ the moving parts of a piston compressor → far fewer wear items, lower vibration and noise.
• Stepless capacity modulation 25 %-100 % (or VSD option) tracks building load exactly, cutting annual energy use by 20-35 %.
• Proven stable against liquid slugging, ensuring reliable operation in variable load conditions.
2. Advanced Heat-Exchange Technology
• Shell-and-tube evaporator & condenser built to JB/T 4750-2003 pressure-vessel code.
• Internally-grooved DAC copper tubes increase heat-transfer coefficient and reduce refrigerant charge.
• Refrigerant distributor equalizes flow across all tubes, raising evaporator effectiveness by ~8 %.
• Optional total or partial heat-recovery condensers provide free hot water up to 50 °C.
3. Robust Protection & Safety Package (10-point)
High/low pressure, anti-freeze, phase-reversal, motor over-temperature, over-current, safety valve, check valve, emergency stop, automatic restart after power failure.
