Enclosure: The casing of the unit is made of robust galvanized steel and features integral fan mounting rails. It is also equipped with internal fire-resistant insulation. The front panel is constructed from high impact polystyrene.
Water Coils: The unit is built with high-quality seamless copper tubes and headers. These are mechanically expanded into corrugated aluminum fin material, ensuring a durable and reliable primary to secondary surface bond.
Fan: The fan used in the unit is a backward curved centrifugal fan, designed to be dynamically balanced for quiet operation. It features fire retardant plastic fan impellers, providing a lightweight and corrosion-resistant solution.
Motors: The unit is equipped with EC motors that come with a factory-installed controller. These motors are capable of operating at three preset speeds. Alternatively, AC 5-speed PSC motors with permanent lubrication and internal thermal overload protection are also available.
Ductless Solution: Ruidong's Cassette Fan Coil Units offer a ductless application for chilled water, providing an easy installation process and simplified cleaning.
Adaptability: These units come in various sizes and can be conveniently mounted in any drop ceiling or ceiling recess, ensuring versatility in placement.
Heating Choices: Ruidong's cassette fan coils offer flexible heating options, including an electric heat kit or a 4-pipe hot water re-heat system. This allows for both cooling and heating capabilities in any space.
