The unit uses internationally renowned brand semi-hermetic screw compressor,the compression part is composed of two spiral rotors that mesh with each other. The male rotor drives the female rotor. The double torsion positive displacement constitutes a pure rotation action, which makes the vibration extremely small and the operating range wide. The process from inhalation, compression to exhaust has the characteristics of high efficiency and smooth airflow. The compressor is lubricated and hermetically sealed using a differential pressure oil supply method without a lubricant pump. The capacity control system can facilitate partial load operation, and the compressor can achieve 25% -100% stepwise adjustment. Stepless energy regulation can also be used to fully match the building load.
The electronic expansion valve control system can achieve a control accuracy of up to 2600 steps. According to the suction superheat and saturation pressure, it cooperates with the electronic control system to accurately control the refrigerant flow, so that the unit will always remain in the best operating state and maximize the unit's capacity.

6.Structural characteristics of air cooled water chiller and heat pump:
(1) High-quality and high-efficiency compressors of famous brands to ensure high energy efficiency ratio:
The unit uses a semi-closed twin screw compressor. Compared with a piston compressor, the semi-closed screw compressor has the following advantages:
1.Fewer parts (about 1/3 of the piston compressor), simple structure, less wearing parts, high reliability and long life;
2. The suction and exhaust of the compressor are uniform and continuous, the exhaust temperature is low, the vibration is small, it is not sensitive to wet compression, and the resistance to liquid shock is strong;
3. Unit energy efficiency ratio ≥3.15W / W;
4. In terms of energy adjustment, screw compressors have more advantages, and implement 25--100% four-level energy adjustment.

(2) High-efficiency fin-type air-cooled condenser:
1. The air-cooled condenser uses a unique fin shape and structure, and the reinforced flat-blade aluminum fins are made by stamping from imported special processing equipment. While the heat transfer effect is significantly improved, the surface is not easy to accumulate dust and is easy to clean , To prevent the growth of germs on the fins, to ensure good heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger.
2. The surface of the aluminum fin of the heat exchanger has been specially treated to improve the corrosion resistance of the fin and greatly improve the durability of the heat exchanger.
3. The air-cooled condenser adopts a copper tube sleeve aluminum fin structure, and its aluminum fin and heat exchange tube are made of imported materials, which are resistant to dirt and corrosion. The copper tubes and corrugated aluminum fins are formed by mechanical expansion, which makes them tightly combined, high heat exchange efficiency, and large heat transfer coefficient; the heat exchanger tube plate support plate is made of high-quality stainless steel plate. 4. The advanced cleaning technology is used in the condenser processing process, which improves the surface cleanliness of the heat exchanger, thereby ensuring the efficient heat exchange capacity of the heat exchanger.

(3)Dry shell and tube evaporator matched with high-performance heat exchange tubes:
1. Using the most advanced DAE high-efficiency evaporation heat transfer tube, the multi-spiral thin ribs and spiral protrusions on the inner surface of the tube greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient and heat transfer capacity.
2. The internal structure of the evaporator adopts fluid optimization design and is equipped with a high-efficiency liquid homogenizer, which solves the problem of the uniformity of the distribution of the refrigerant in the system. The heat exchange efficiency is 5% higher than that of the conventional enhanced heat exchanger;
3. Improved the sealing structure of the refrigerant water baffle, solved the baffle leakage and other problems, greatly improved the heat exchange efficiency of the evaporator, and at the same time reduced the resistance of the water process, thus ensuring that the unit reached a higher performance level;
4. Using unique heat exchanger cooling process design technology, rationally matching the system, ensuring the balance between the cooling process and the water side cooling capacity, and giving full play to the high efficiency of the heat exchanger; at the same time, the reasonable system matching makes the unit more energy-efficient.
 
High-efficiency and low-noise fans:
1. Condensation fan: Axial fan of famous brand is used. The fan has accurate operating parameters, high mechanical efficiency, low vibration, low noise, and long trouble-free operation time.
2. Durable fan motor: The shell of the condensing fan motor is made of cast aluminum alloy, which is corrosion-resistant and has a long service life; the whole machine has passed strict dynamic and static balance tests, with high efficiency, low vibration and low noise.
3. In order to ensure the normal operation of the heat pump unit in low temperature environment, the condensing fan adopts variable air volume control, that is, the computer adjusts the condensing fan speed accordingly according to the change of condensing pressure in low temperature environment to ensure the stable system operating parameters of the unit and good energy saving effect.
 
Anti-vibration design to ensure low noise and low vibration:
1. A spring or rubber damper is installed under the compressor, and the damping efficiency is above 85%, that is, the vibration transmission rate is less than 0.15, which reduces the unit vibration and system vibration, thereby reducing the unit noise.
2.  All pipelines in the unit are fixed with vibration-proof plastic pipe clamps to avoid noise caused by vibration of the unit and the system.

 Convenient and quick installation, commissioning and maintenance:
1. The unit is shipped in the form of a complete machine. The low-pressure part is packed with insulation before leaving the factory. The system has been filled with fluorine and oil. After arriving at the site, only the water pipe connection is required. After the power is turned on, the unit can be turned on.
2. The computer will automatically start the pump motor, compressor and condensing fan according to the program, and coordinate the control of the unit's cooling, heating, delay, interlocking, protection and automatic temperature adjustment.
3. The unit is controlled by computer according to the set temperature, and automatically adjusts the energy of cooling and heating according to the change of the evaporator inlet temperature.
